More blossom

A lovely evening walk in the sunshine at Clock Face Colliery Park - another new place for us.
We walked around the woods in search of wildlife, but there wasn't too much about. There were plenty of skittish rabbits around, robins and magpies, but it was a lovely walk all the same.
We did see a farmer's field that had been recently ploughed and was covered in pigeons and a few lapwings. On closer inspection we managed to see four tiny fluffy little lapwings wandering around in the dirt, but unfortunately we couldn't get any closer to get a decent shot.
They were camouflaged really well against the ground so quite hard to see, even with the binoculars.
We spent ages just watching them, hoping that they would come our way, but no such luck.

Anyway, I hope that this decent weather continues so I can get out each evening whilst I am at home.
