The Bowmont Water

We got a relatively long lie today, the alarm didn't go off until half past five, it was great. It was such a nice bright morning that Swannie was wishing she had taken the camera with her but she had to make do with her iPhone instead. This is the view from the wee bridge over The Bowmont Water near to Kirk Yetholm, which is less then a mile from the border with England. With views like this, it's no wonder she really enjoys her school run.

It was warm enough for the back door to be opened again for a wee while tonight but I mainly sat and looked out, you just can't be too careful, have you seen the size of some of the birds out there? Hope everyone has had a good day, lots of love, JJ, xx
