Little sea pig

This is one of Sonja's guinea pigs, which lives in our garden, in a cage made out of an old futon. The grass is growing now so they are happy as pigs in mud. In German we call them Meerschweinchen, which literally translates into little sea pig!

I have had a good day.. I always have good days nowadays. I still don't particularly enjoy my job, but the day will come when things will change.. The only thing that's constant in life is change. It's still not getting much warmer in Orkney though the evenings are getting longer and I can walk Shy along the beach every night again.
