Spider Scribble
The work of a ladder web spider, probably a grey house spider.
Yesterday, for the first time in six months since I injured my shoulder (a fully extended pole lopper did it) I got out the chainsaw and cut some wood. I wasn’t sure how I’d go because losing my strength was a side effect of the recovery. Clothes that pulled tight around my shoulders and upper arms pre-injury now hang loose. However, I managed well, cutting six barrow loads, with a long rest half way. Today I did eight barrow loads, with two long rests between. Cutting with my well balanced saw was not as tiring as picking up and stacking. I am feeling very pleased with my efforts. The future is looking much less bleak.
