Pink

Later this month we participate in 'pink' day in New Zealand - as part of an anti-bullying campaign.  People in schools and work place throughout New Zealand wear pink for the day.  It is a great idea, and a great way to say 'bullying is not okay'.

Anyway, that has nothing to do with the fact that I went up to Timaru tonight to watch some of our girls play netball.  I didn't think to take my 2.8 lens with me so it was impossible to get decent action shots. Instead I've gone with a slice of an image taken while they were standing at half time listening to their coach.  I was taken by the fact that these three all had pink shoes on.  Maybe they're preparing for 'pink' day.
