Is it a flan, is it a tart or could it be quiche?

Hasty snap today, no time to hang about. This was today's lunch and will be tomorrow's too - a caramelized onion and goat cheese quiche thing. I'm just about to wrap the leftovers and put them in the fridge in the RV.

Kirkwall tomorrow, staying at the Pickaquoy camp site and going to the Phenix Fringe showing of High Rise tomorrow night. On Friday we're going to do some classic Orcadian tourism and go see Maes Howe, the ring of Brodgar and the Stenness standing stones before meeting up with the Orkney Camera Club at the annual social event. Saturday we hope to visit Stromness for the Pier Arts Centre fish and chips and then go off to Skaill and maybe revisit Skara Brae.  There's the possibility of Falconry too. Sunday back to Kirkwall for some shots of the poppies with any luck - then home again. It's going to be a busy trip and I had better ensure that there is plenty of juice in my camera batteries.

Right now I need to finish packing the van and then find the ironing board and reacquaint myself with the use of the iron.
