Ducky Day!

We went a walk to the park this morning where there is a play area and a large lake.
The ducks are well fed there. The fishing platforms are around the lake and there is a nature walk as well.

Years ago we had a life saving open water test in this lake and I was in a canoe making sure the swimmers were safe whilst doing their exam.

The council has just improved the play area so it is a busy place where Ted likes to go sometimes.
