The latest arrivals .....

..... on the loch in the James Hamilton Heritage Park.  There are two families of Greylag goslings and I think this little family is the younger.  It was very windy and these little babes were bobbing about like corks on the water.

I hung around for quite a while watching the two little families ... swimiing about and finally coming ashore to do some grazing on the grass.  The extra is not a particularly good shot but I wanted to include it to show the gosling from the older family gently pushing the younger one, who had linked up with the wrong family, back to his own.
