The allure of a digger

Who can resist taking a photograph of a digger in your local park, even if you're running a bit late for work? Well, I can't. I cycled up that path yesterday, after taking some photographs of the blossom over the other side, and noticed that it was in terrible condition. It looks like the Council is doing some (much needed) work on it.

Anyway, I've banged on before about the person who unwisely commented to us a few years ago that the park is neglected. I won't do so again. Yes, it needs work to keep it in good condition, but these days - through a combination of the Council and the Friends of Pilrig Park - it gets it.

A day rushing from pillar to post, with some interesting meetings and a good seminar in the middle.
