Chef
We had yet another farewell lunch today, this time for our longtime friend Carlos. He and his girlfriend are heading to southern California for a couple of months to stay with his cousin. He recently returned to town from three years working on cruise ships (not the one from yesterday) and we were very much enjoying having him around once again. Kids these days, always looking for new opportunities. Anyway, we headed to Marisqueria Leo high in the hills to the west of town where they grill the catch of the day out back behind the restaurant. This chef was doing just that to a Lora (Parrot Fish according to Carlos) and was only too happy to show off his progress.
