Still manically chocolate making for Saturday. I needed to introduce a new variety and Mr HF suggested crystallised ginger covered in plain chocolate. Yuk! I hope someone likes his choice!
The other new flavour is milk chocolate with a homemade salted caramel centre. Now that's more my cup of tea!
