Jane's place

A most beautiful day - warm, sunny, slight breeze, we pootled in the morning then in the afternoon went round to TJ's, picked her up and headed over to the the Borlin Valley to see Jane. Jane lives in the most remote and scenic spot possible - she has 300 acres nestling under a huge mountain with rivers and waterfalls running through it. She lives here - the cattle live underneath and she and her son live above. The living room has skylights so you can admire the grass and heather roof above. We did a big walk through thick grass and bog to view the waterfall - totally spectacular. In the evening Annabel and Klaus joined us and we had supper, over-looking the valley, complete with the occasional bat flying in.
