Into the woods...!

A busy day including yet more reading test papers, two swimming trips (with Year 2 and then Year 1), a dentist check up and casting my vote :-) The sun shone on my evening stroll and that is always a bonus...and one I sure don't take for granted. It is a real pleasure :-)

Upon marking a reading test today, where the children have to read several passages of text and answer related questions...

"Why were castles often smelly places?" 

"Perfoom and aftashave." 

Brilliant...but sadly not worth a mark...!
