Barbican

`I went to the Photo exhibition curated by Martin Parr. Very good but not very joyous. It is a collection of pictures of Britain taken by foreign photographers. There  is some inspirational stuff but most of the subjects are looking a bit glum. Also I think there is an element of The Emperors Clothes about it. Some of the pictures by celebrated photographers didn't look any better than the brilliant ones I see here on Blip.

But I picked up some ideas. One was that Gary Winogram tilts a lot of his shots off the horizontal which adds a bit of tension.

So I have done that here. Not that you would notice.

And tomorrow we will have a new mayor.
