Sunbathing

As I walked out of the office at lunchtime I thought the neighbours had bought a new garden ornament but no I think this youngster may be one of the recently fledged birds we've all been watching from the kitchen window.

Anyway he/she was enjoying the rather lovely sunshine and warmth as did I as I wandered into town.

Did a four mile run with colleagues after work bringing mymarathon total up to 10 miles done 16.2 to go!
