Spiralling

You know you're getting desperate for a blip when you just point your camera down the stairs. Abstract Thursday, though gives the opportunity to start with the mundane and do ANYTHING...

So what you have here is the basic shot (uploaded as an extra) reduced to mono, copied to multiple layers, and each one coloured and manually rotated. Then the whole thing flattened, and a touch of twirl thrown in for good measure.
