On the mat

Had a smashing day out with my sister and Mum we took Mum down to the Forest of Dean to see the bluebells - we were a bit disappointed with the flowers we don't know if we were too early or too late - will have to seek some local info. Had a lovely time at Mallards Pike though ( see extra photos) - bacon butties, walk round the lake feeding the geese and ducks and to finish a choc ice.
Such a lovely evening we bought some ice creams (my second of the day) and took them down to the playing field. Hetty chased a ball and had some dips in the river while Arthur had his first outing on the mat we used when Rose was a baby.
It was s really nice early evening.
