There are a lot of ups on The Downs on the Isle Of Wight

Today the walk was challenging - straight up Wroxall Down - no zigzagging path to make the climb easier - but the views across to Portsmouth - Southampton and Dorset - on the mainland - and Culver Down to the Needles on the Island made up for the effort

Had these deck chairs - seen whilst walking to bus stop in Sandown -  been on the summit - would have taken a seat to take in those views for a much longer time
