Shade

Training went well.  Felt stronger and held the power for longer.  I needed that to release the good endorphins for the stressful meeting later.

Had a meeting with work, and will return next week.  Apprehensive.

After the Welsh Assembly elections yesterday, we woke up to pretty much status quo.  So another 5 years of a failing Labour government, and even worse is that UKIP have 7 seats.  What the hell is Wales doing?

Gorgeous day weather wise!  First time to be wearing shorts, and looking for the shade.
