Quick Mum

Practicing headstands in the park whilst big brother was at guitar. The first time she's managed to get her legs up straight- actually the second, I didn't have the camera ready the first time!

A run up the glen this morning for me, followed by a quick pedal to the supermarket for the items I forgot yesterday. I had arranged to meet up with some friends for coffee pre pick up but that changed to a cheeky drink mostly so we could sit outside somewhere away from the main road. Any excuse!
