L and I went on a 'big' outing today .... a round trip of nearly 300 miles.  It was a lovely day for a trip north to the Inshriach Nursery and Cake Shop. I had heard about this wonderful shop called The Potting Shed Tea Room where they only sell cakes to accompany your tea or coffee.  The large window looks out on a vast number of bird feeding stations so as we eat cake the birds and red squirrel eat peanuts.  

From there we went to the Highland Wildlife Park.  Our annual passes finish at the end of the summer so we wanted to fit in one more visit. We spent quite a while watching the antics of the Japanese Macaques as the scampered and tumbled over the grass.  I think the wee one in the extra is having a spot of lunch!
