Colourful cuts

Well for the last month & a bit I've been stuck on crutches after breaking my ankle which has meant any particularly interesting activities out & about have been limited. Today I've officially gotten rid of the crutches however. Yippee! Enjoyed my new regained ability to walk & went for a meander round the compound then back to my garden for some flower cuttings to brighten up the house. Realised I'm quite lacking in vases so old soda bottles & a coffee jar had to suffice. I'm not sure my flower arranging skills will win any awards but the brightness of the blooms does make me smile.
