Well - it survived.

I/we've fancied this for a while. Me slightly more so I think. Bought one last year. Having seen most of them peeping out of, and perking up, Yew hedges - the logical site was under the Yew.
Some time after purchase I heard on "G.Q.T." one of the team say that,  as a rule you had to buy/plant it three times before it would condescend to stay.
It's passed its first winter there - time will tell.
I wonder if it'll ever look like this.

I placed the ubiquitous "sizer" there. Of course.
