Virgin Media!

Awaiting new equipment from Virgin yesterday. Email said delivery 5 May between 8am & 6pm. Nothing received so at 6:15 pm called Virgin. apparently delivery would be between 8am & either 8pm or 9pm (I spoke to two people). 9:30 pm still nothing so phoned again. They gave me the tracking number and said I had to phone the carrier to find out where it was! Pointed out my contract was with them not the carrier but made no difference.

Friday 2:15pm equipment turns up and although it all works as you can see by the photo it's not exactly in tip top condition. 

Now awaiting result of complaint made but I'm not holding my breath!
