Three Black Hats

Probably the closest I will get to a Martin Parr photo for my wall.  We visited the Strange & Familiar and Unseen City exhibitions today.  Definitely worth a visit.

The former is a collection of photos curated by Parr, included are some by Bruce Gilden.  I have never liked his "in ya face" approach, but when you see these shots six foot high they are incredible.  Still very hard to look at, but simply amazing. It proves the much repeated advice that viewing a photo when printed it is completely different.  One in extras too...
