Eh up me duck!

A pair of Mallards seem to have 'taken up residence' on the grass outside ...... Mrs was resting comfortably ..... while Mr was keeping guard.

Spent a while this morning watching a male Sparrow doing his best courtship display trying to impress one of the females ...... I don't think she was overly impressed ...... she kept ignoring him & whenever he edged closer she pecked him & chased him away! I guess it wasn't his lucky day!
