BackBlip to a tremendous burial site above Florence, which had a strangely simple majesty about it. Sweeping covered archway paths to protect the mourners, walls for single plaques and floral tributes.

Peaceful way to pick up more history of a place, and superbly preserved photos of the deceased embedded in many headstones, not even slightly tacky, not even faded under the Tuscan sun, just a lasting presence.
