Bluebells at Blackford Pond

I went to Blackford Pond after work to check out the swan family. No cygnets yet, the female swan was still sitting and rearranging the pebbles within reach to relieve the boredom. The pair of Canada geese were still there but not showing any signs of nesting. A fair number of tufted ducks as usual and an assortment of gulls, also several moorhens who were busy quarrelling with each other.
