Stone Bass at 111bynico

A delicious dining experience at 111bynico, Cleveden Road in Glasgow.

Stone Bass with Miso, Pak Choi, Brown Shrimp, Avocado and Cucumber.

The whole menu is a blend of flavours and textures. Beautifully presented by very helpful staff. The menu changes every week or so. There is also a 5 course tasting menu.

Starter of Scotch Lamb Belly, and we shared our desserts - Lime and Thyme Pear Cheesecake (extra shot), and a flaming Coffee Creme Brûlée.

This place is worth finding. You have to book, very popular.
