'Optimism'

Today I have kept busy, pushed the pain out of my mind and spent some time in the garden...my first day of gardening this year. I've dug and tidied half a flower border which has cheered me up. I followed this white Butterfly around the garden until it settled. Can anyone tell me the name?It was plain on the top but had these lovely veins on the underside. Probably just a Cabbage White. It loved the Forget-me-Nots and kept coming back for more.

Thanks to you all for your kind encouragement re my pain..I'm not a cry baby, EVER. Some may think I'm crazy gardening...but I think the stretching and bending did me good. I'm no worse tonight..so I'm optimistic!
