A Sense of Design

Now named the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, I was overawed by the improvements that have been made over the last 4-5 years since I was last there.

Definitely a unique sense of design in the terminal buildings which I found very pleasing. This is Terminal 4S where we disembarked from our flight from Heathrow and waited for our connecting flight to Tangier. It was such a pleasant experience compared with previous air journeys to Tangier. We were able to forward all our luggage directly to Tangier from Heathrow. No proceeding through Immigration, collecting baggage, then checking in again. Relatively pain free.
