This Was Your Life

First outing today for some while - some friends took me to a fringe theatre performance of This Was Your Life, a short play set in a television studio where the audience is asked to vote, at the end of the performance on whether Michael, the victim of the show, should go to heaven or hell. Michael is a youth who has died in a car accident - the visitors on the "game show" are those who knew him - family and friends - each asked to describe an episode from Michael's life to help the audience decide whether he will go to heaven or hell. Needless to say, the stories don't quite go as the visitors intend. This picture is of Michael, in despair, appealing to the game show host for mercy. Great fun! We sent poor hapless Michael to heaven in the end but it wasn't unanimous!
