Another day, another country, Spain today!

A very different sight when we entered this harbour, a complete contrast to Valletta. The city doesn’t face on to the sea, so you see a jumble of things when you approach.

I was impressed with the captains parking skills when he entered the harbour. A 3 point turn and a mile reverse to tie up at the dock, cool!!

The modern building seen in the middle /left of the picture is part of the recreation area built on the old bed of the diverted Rio Turia. We saw this area at the beginning of the tour before going into the city.

This was our last port of call before we head for Southampton. I’m ready for home now as on this trip we have had a limited number of ports and many sea days.
