Sea Coal

We went to Newbiggin by the sea with Tom and Hania to show them the sea coal.

We collected a lot and had trouble getting it back to the car. They have happily gone back home with it for their multi fuel burner.
Its been a lovely mild day but far too windy to take the little boat out for some more fishing. We enjoyed the fresh mackerel at lunchtime and orders have been issued to get some more asap !
Abi and the boys came down for a cuppa later on, it was so calm when they left that I had a snooze !
