Warm

The English heatwave has now reached SE Scotland so it was rather too warm for me to run in the hills at times. But, very pleasant to walk when necessary. Hazy views, such as this down the Monks Rig---the gloriously graded descent to Nine Mile Burn---were the order of the day. Hopefully Mme A has had a good bike ride, too.
