Burning...

My lottery ticket met the same fate as my cigarette butts.

I don't know why I keep playing the lottery.. Maybe the small glint of hope that I'll win it big and be able to escape the life of being simply strapped to a wage.

Simply accepting my life and being happy would be worth more than the £1 spent to buy my ticket and the millions that followed a full win. I'll maybe try that ay....

Money is not everything but we are reminded about the pressure it has on us everyday.
