Outstanding

That was an outstanding Sunday.  

Here, I doubted the haar would lift, and it was freezing on the water.  Didn't help that I forgot my shoes for the water, and added to the kidney pain arising from poor timing behind me, the rowing wasn't that successful.  In fairness to the 2 oar, it was very lumpy, but the experience of getting in and out in these conditions was useful.  

Anyway:  sun came out, a scorcher, carrots weeded, pointy-elbow botanic plant sale, quite a lot of this, that and the other.   The plant sale was great.  We sat on the grass in the sun eating fruit cake with our hands like savages  while others around us did the hard work.
