Avenue, Hanworth

I took this on the way to see my cranio sacral osteopath. It was a glorious afternoon. My lower back was in trouble. I did something painful to the vertebrae and nerves, maybe twisting or bending when I was gardening at the weekend.
The treatment helped but it turned out I had strained the ligaments in my hip as well. So I was very tired and in significant pain for a few days.
