Culkein Drumbeg

We went a run in the car round the coast to Lochinver. Quite a few motor bikes on the road and there was in incident with one of them.  We had just past the turning for Culkein Drumbeg when we met a car coming on the single track road. TC stopped and was about to back up when the car decided that he would back up but he failed to look in his mirror and sitting behind him stopped was a motor bike and he backed into it. We backed up and turned up the Culkein Drumbeg road. It is a while since we have been down this road and we arrived are Culkein Lodge  which looked quite empty. I have made a collage of the wildlife we saw.
Two Eider ducks and some seals on the island and as you can see some young there.
A coffee and pie in Lochinver and home and the sun was shining. It was so warm I was sitting out in my T shirt at 7pm.
