My evil twin

That's what we call the lump that has recently appeared on my wrist. It stands very proud when I extend my hand backwards as far as it will go - looks quite horrible actually. I suspect it may be the result of cycling as there is a tendency to put a lot of pressure on the wrists through the handlebars. 

First BBQ of the year yesterday. That's one more than we had at our house last year. What a crap summer that was. 

Quarterly checkup at the hospital tomorrow. I've nothing to report, so unless my bloods reveal anything unusual, I believe that all is well. I won't mention the evil twin. I'm  not going to give them another excuse to hack a lump off me.
