Not really, it's just an old saying that I'm familiar with and this young blackbird made me think of a pirate for some unknown reason ;-))

Don't worry, he had two perfectly good legs but he was getting tired while waiting for Mum or Dad to turn up with some more food. After a few minutes he just sunk down ( see extra) and had a little doze while he waited :-)

My laptop is driving me mad.......it keeps running slowly and freezing for a minute or two and I can't find out why......it makes doing anything very frustrating..........this my third attempt to post my blip, wish me luck  :-)
