Mono Monday - Heritage

Not an very inspiring image , I know but I could not take shots of the John Muir Country Park as I would have been shooting straight into the sun. However, John Muir who was born in Dunbar is very much a pioneer in safe-guarding out natural heritage. He was the founder and inspiration for the National Park Movement in America. He is fondly remembered here with a country park and a coastal walk named after him.
