The Lagoon

We are back in Lanzarote trying to start our fitness programme at Club La Santa (a social club for masochists). Having done very little since my operation, I must admit to being apprehensive, especially bike riding. However, having entered a bike marathon for July back in the Engadine I have to start some serious training otherwise the marathon is going to be painful.
