TAKING A BREAK.

A beautiful but very busy day. Up early and four mile walk. Took a rest near a bank of bluebells (one dog stayed in bed today). Then a friend came to have their dog trimmed, we then went out for lunch, which was really lovely. Back home and down to the canal to see if the swan eggs had hatched and let the dogs have a paddle in a little stream. Not sure if these eggs are going to hatch, will have to wait a little while longer. Thank goodness to have good weather at last, even if we have a gale force wind still blowing.
