Some tiny rocks

We are always picking up tiny rocks when we hike - some are probably stealing! But these were most likely from a "salted" bucket at a "gem" mine in North Carolina where we took the boys when they were little. $10 for a 10 pound bag of dirt, wash it off through the sluice of water and see what you find. The people there would tell us the names of the little rocks we found if we asked. So now I have a mason jar full of little rocks. Memories!
