Spa night

£25 for 6 hours at the spa, might be expensive, but a swim in a 15 m pool was a real treat!! and there's an outdoor section where you can sit in warm water with your upper body out in the chill, invigorating stuff.
I swam, had tea, and the minicakes they serve with them, as many apples as I could eat (which was one, plus one to take home) apple juice with ice. 
I watched the traffic swell for rush hour, 8 lanes in each direction, plus  bus lanes in the middle, busy busy.
From here I could see the river in the distance, and teatro colon across the road. I'll go again before I come home.
