Lacs du Passy

After a mammoth 11 hour sleep last night we opened the shutters this morning to glorious blue skies. By the time we'd had breakfast at the patisserie and got ourselves moving it was 30C in the valley.
We had a wander up to Nant Borrant - but the late snow meant that many of the wildflowers are late this year - hopefully by the end of the week some will be out.
We stopped to be jealous admire the climbers at Les Doucheres before heading to a meeting with the bank manager - after 4 months we finally have a bank account, Yeay!
We then decided ice cream  more walking was called for - so we headed down to the Lacs du Passy - some brave souls were swimming, but we enjoyed a walk round and made the most of this fantastic view point for Mont Blanc whilst getting used to the heat. Back for snoozing and chatting with friends on the balcony.
