Car Wash

Took L to breakfast club on the scooters this morning before doing some work at home.

Managed another 5km run in the sun and the back felt OK.

Meeting in Edinburgh this afternoon then after dinner I washed the two cars (with help from L) before we all went for a family scooter ride.

Gym session to round off another sunny day.
