Not quite the Tour de France

Watched the final today. So so exciting.

As my son has been working on my bike it would have been rude not to use it today.

To put this into context I fell off this bike in August 2011 and spent two days in hospital. I have been on it once since but burst into tears and rode home after only a short ride.

The ride today was only 6 miles but it is a start. (No tears this time or falls)

Go large to see how many miles I had cycled at that stage, its the bottom number.

Exercise: 6 mile. Average 11mph Max 25mph
