Tidying

I went up to the allotment to finish off the second coat on the shed - nice to see that the sunshine had brought out Eric as well as Clark and Kit. After that I continued with more cleaning and tidying at home, with a bit of recording for variety.

When I went out to the shop I went across the Bernard St bridge to see how the swan was doing. She was having a vigorous preen of herself along with some tidying of the surrounding nest material. It's not possible to see how many eggs she has - but she seems to be somewhat behind the Figgy swan. I guess the Leith pair spent a long time arguing about the nest site with other swans (and possibly each other)!
